We all have heard about how our mind controls our body, but what about the other way around? I have never put too much thought about it until we did an exercise about that in our speaking class. We have to see our Students body language it will tell us too much about how they are feeling and we can do something about it, make them feel better just by changing their posture. Maybe good for them.

  1. Thank you! Yes...absolutely...I totally believe this. Tonight I was feeling super stressed and went to my dance class...within 20 minutes, I forgot all my stress. We can help our students....
    You know about smiling too, right? We can actually begin to feel better if we practice smiling.
